About the role
- Ensure the proper functioning of systems, networks, and workstations on site
- Ensure continuity of service and supervise local infrastructures
- Respond to level 2/3 incidents and ensure full follow-up
- Serve as the site's IT point of contact liaising with production, maintenance, and R&D teams
- Collect, prioritize, and track user requirements
- Maintain close relationships with local teams and site management
- Participate in local and group IT projects (security, migrations, networking, etc.)
- Contribute to the implementation of KPIs and performance monitoring
- Propose technical and organizational improvements
- Work closely with the internal counterpart to maintain operational readiness (MCO)
- Share best practices within the IT department
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in systems and networks (Windows, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, VPN)
- Proficiency in workstation support (Office 365, office tools, peripherals)
- Proven experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of industrial electronics: a plus
