About the role

  • As a Power Platform Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • You will work closely with the client and cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and create custom applications and workflows.
  • You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the software you create, including development, integration, testing and releasing the solution.
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • This role may be involved in actively mentoring the client and junior team members, play an active role in addressing or helping the team with critical issues/escalation.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Power Platform solutions.
  • Design, develop, integrate, test, and release applications, automations, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications as needed.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and resolve any platform-related issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Full Stack with a strong portfolio of web application projects is a plus.
  • Experience with database design, development, and optimization of Dataverse, and SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Bug fixing and improving application performance.
  • Translate architectures and blueprints into high quality code.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Provide training, help, and support to the client and other team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.
  • Stay up to date with current best practices.
  • Follow new and emerging technologies.
Benefits
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficient in building Canvas and Model-driven apps, custom connectors, and Power Automate flows.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (optional)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (preferred)
  • Strong experience in Power Query, DAX, and data modeling for Power BI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integrations with Power Platform is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Professional working experience with .NET, SQL, EF is a plus.
