About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to support the implementation of new customer payrolls.
  • Assist in creating, updating, and tracking project plans for Global Payroll solutions.
  • Participate in internal and external client calls.
  • Collect and document payroll requirements to support payroll migration and implementation.
  • Support management of scope changes and delivery timelines as needed.
  • Assist in configuring interfaces and reports to enable payroll runs.
  • Support payroll data migration activities from legacy systems.
  • Help execute testing plans to escalate system issues.
  • Help document client-specific needs and support project sign-off with customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting payroll implementation or system transitions.
  • Understanding of payroll migration and system implementation processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to structure and deadlines.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven experience working with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
