About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to support the implementation of new customer payrolls.
- Assist in creating, updating, and tracking project plans for Global Payroll solutions.
- Participate in internal and external client calls.
- Collect and document payroll requirements to support payroll migration and implementation.
- Support management of scope changes and delivery timelines as needed.
- Assist in configuring interfaces and reports to enable payroll runs.
- Support payroll data migration activities from legacy systems.
- Help execute testing plans to escalate system issues.
- Help document client-specific needs and support project sign-off with customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting payroll implementation or system transitions.
- Understanding of payroll migration and system implementation processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to structure and deadlines.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
- Project management experience.
- Proven experience working with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Treasury teams.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
