About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, own and continuously improve Oxylabs' sustainability strategy, roadmap and long-term ESG objectives aligned with business goals
Lead sustainability reporting and disclosure, ensuring compliance with GRI, CSRD, ESRS, GHG Protocol and other applicable sustainability frameworks and regulations
Drive social responsibility initiatives, including building partnerships with NGOs, managing corporate giving, evaluating sponsorships, donations and community impact projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Communications, Operations, Leadership and other internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability into business processes and decision-making
Lead internal sustainability awareness initiatives, employee engagement campaigns, volunteering programs and educational events that strengthen sustainability culture
Represent Oxylabs externally by participating in industry initiatives, conferences, working groups and stakeholder engagements while strengthening the company's sustainability reputation

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience leading sustainability, ESG or corporate responsibility programs
Strong practical experience preparing sustainability reports using GRI and GHG Protocol
Experience working with CSRD and ESRS requirements
Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies rather than only preparing reports
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across multiple business functions
Excellent communication skills in English with experience representing an organization externally
Nice to have: Experience in IT or digital businesses
Nice to have: Experience working with NGOs, foundations or social impact initiatives
Nice to have: Familiarity with carbon accounting, climate strategy or environmental management
Nice to have: Knowledge of EcoVadis, CDP, UN Global Compact or Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)
