About the role
- Manage and grow existing partners by strengthening relationships and driving new initiatives;
- Monitor partner performance metrics and look for meaningful insights;
- Report on goals, results, challenges, and opportunities;
- Monitor and optimize partners’ content and marketing campaigns to grow business results;
- Negotiate new deals and renegotiate current agreements;
- Identify, outreach, and onboard new partners;
- Initiate and manage cross-team collaboration (new landing page briefs, partner product feedback facilitation, collaboration with the SEO team, etc.);
- Drive new initiatives and projects for affiliate and marketing teams’ revenue growth;
- Keep up with industry and affiliate market trends, news, and best practices;
- Attend industry events and organize key partner visits.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in managing affiliate programs or B2B sales experience;
- Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-informed decisions;
- Sharp communication and negotiation skills;
- Perfect spoken and written communication in English;
- High sense of responsibility and ownership - will have to work independently as well as in a collaborative yet demanding team environment.
- Nice to have: Experience with SaaS or B2B affiliate/performance marketing; Experience in other performance marketing channels.
