About the role
- Research strategic accounts, identify key buyer personas.
- Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest.
- Run, monitor, and constantly improve outbound outreach campaigns to potential customers using data-driven sales methodology.
- Work closely with each prospect from initial contact to qualification, to book quality meetings for our Account Executives.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our product and how it can help potential customers.
- Participate in experiments to improve outbound engagement and help refine the outbound sales playbook.
Requirements
- Experience or desire to work in B2B sales and technology industry.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness, ability to see the entire picture, and willingness to listen to other opinions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
- Nice to have: Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS and/or data products.
- Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and MixMax.
