About the role
- Own web and self-service areas from setting strategic direction to delivering concrete outcomes;
- Develop and maintain product roadmap based on company's commercial strategy, client needs, and market trends;
- Implement product-led growth strategies to reduce sales dependencies;
- Own and optimize the entire visitor-to-purchase funnel, tracking conversion and time-to-value at each stage;
- Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive, self-explanatory and easy-to-use user interfaces;
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain-points, and use cases in self-service context;
- Analyze data to identify usage trends and opportunities to improve feature adoption and engagement;
- Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion rates;
- Collaborate with development team to determine technical implementation and prioritize features;
- Serve as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a product manager or similar role;
- Experience in owning technical product development from idea to launch, including owning outcomes;
- Proven track record building and scaling self-service SaaS products that drive user acquisition without sales involvement;
- Demonstrated success optimizing conversion funnels through A/B testing and data-driven experimentation;
- Strong ability to analyze user data and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities;
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate customer insights into product features;
- Strong UX intuition with ability to identify friction points and design solutions that make complex workflows feel simple;
- Strong communication skills with capability of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
