About the role

  • Prepare insight-led, impactful PR content units, such as thought leadership (bylines), prep interviews, press releases, commentary opps, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, awards entries, etc.
  • Own end-to-end content for Project 4beta (briefs, long-form, press materials, social) on a reliable cadence.
  • Build a repeatable PR content pipeline (calendar, templates, review process) to reduce bottlenecks and rework.
  • Research news angles/potential topic opportunities.
  • Contribute to Oxylabs PR content pipeline working with PR managers.
  • Continuously update and maintain understanding and knowledge of the market and media in which Oxylabs operates.
  • Assure content quality and demonstrate strong attention to detail by proofreading.
  • Carry out research and prepare briefing materials for Oxylabs' in-house spokespersons.
  • Contribute to media relationships directly and through third-party agencies.
  • Overlook freelancers, i.e., providing briefs, confirming outlines, etc., ensuring strong work relationships.
  • Contribute to the active monitoring of the company’s visibility and reputation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of working experience as a copywriter, content marketing specialist, or journalist.
  • Proven work experience in media relations and corporate communications.
  • Excellent written English language skills, with the ability to tackle complex tech topics and turn them into media-friendly content units.
  • Ability to work with internal/external stakeholders to gather relevant information in order to aid the content creation pipeline.
  • Ability to follow deadlines and fast-check information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio/examples of published articles, press releases, research content units, and similar.
  • Huge interest in technology and innovations.
  • Nice to have: International B2B/B2C Tech PR experience.
  • Nice to have: Ability to interpret data that would back insightful PR materials.
