About the role
- Drive YouTube channel growth by analyzing performance data, evaluating video types, maintaining consistent posting and relevant topics, and regularly identifying new growth opportunities;
- Organize and coordinate filming sessions and photoshoots by finding speakers, handling logistics, managing the shoots, and overseeing production workflows with the video team;
- Create scripts for everything from quick shorts to in-depth explanatory videos, collaborate with technical content writers when needed, and make sure the video team gets clear visual direction;
- Own our webinar program by generating topics, finding internal and external speakers, managing the full campaign plan - from landing page to promo - and tracking performance while making sure each webinar runs smoothly;
- Take the lead on our conference setups - from the creative ideas to coordinating with Sales & Account Management on what needs to be delivered and when - and make sure all event materials are prepped on time.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for a variety of audiences;
- Previous experience with video production and Youtube channel ownership;
- Solid understanding of content strategy across different formats (video, written, short-form, long-form);
- Experience with YouTube analytics or similar platforms (knowing how to interpret performance data and act on it);
- Understanding of Youtube SEO;
- Strong organizational skills (especially for managing shoots, webinars, timelines, and deliverables);
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others, including executives, subject matter experts, and creatives;
- Goal-oriented and data-driven growth mindset;
- Interest in technology and innovations.
