About the role
- Own and drive North American revenue performance across enterprise and public sector customers
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales team, including performance management and talent development
- Build and maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility, providing clear insights to executive leadership
- Partner with Channel Partners including VARs and MSPs to expand market reach and improve partner productivity
- Support complex sales efforts through executive engagement, customer meetings, demos, and proofs of concept
- Develop strong cross-functional alignment with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Training, and Operations
- Stay current on competitive dynamics, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategy and execution
Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of sales experience, with multiple years in sales leadership roles
- Proven success leading teams that sell complex, technical solutions with extended sales cycles
- Experience selling into enterprise, government, or regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and improve forecast accuracy
- Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing and enabling Channel Partners as part of a broader go-to-market strategy
- Comfort operating in a remote, distributed team environment
- Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical products in a clear, credible way
