About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the effective planning, coordination, and implementation of training programs that support employee development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.
Develop and manage training programs using AI platforms to generate training materials in multiple languages.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create content and manage training activities within the EQMS training module.
Manage and oversee training activities within the EQMS training module.
Ensure training programs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, report KPIs, and make necessary adjustments.
Provide support and guidance to trainees and address any training-related issues.
Maintain training records, compliance logs, and certificates.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs.
Assist in budgeting for training and development activities.
Liaise with department heads to assess training needs.
Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Training, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Certification in instructional design or training development is preferred.
Familiarity with Pharma or food industry standards and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with EQMS training modules and quality assurance processes.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training development or coordination.
Experience with AI platforms and video content creation.
Exposure to international or multi-site environments – advantage
