About the role

  • You support our project management team in Sales with the planning, coordination and execution of various strategic and operational initiatives.
  • You take ownership of your own (sub-)projects and accompany them from concept to implementation — including active participation and contribution to their design.
  • You work closely with external stakeholders (e.g., agencies) and internal departments, coordinating their collaboration.
  • You create and maintain project plans, manage project tracking, and prepare clear summaries of results.
  • You support communication, training and workshops for internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled at university, ideally studying Business/Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
  • You have some practical experience, e.g., through internships or working-student positions, and an interest in (agile) project management.
  • You have strong communication skills, a high degree of autonomy, and a willingness to take on initial responsibilities and proactively contribute your ideas.
  • You speak German and English (B2 level).
  • You are motivated, open-minded, and eager to help shape a start-up environment.
