Supply Chain

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics for AFM instruments and components, ensuring compliance with handling requirements for precision equipment.
• Handle order entry, act as customer liaison, and serve as the point person for order status updates.
• Prepare and manage Letter of Credit paperwork for international transactions and oversee both international and domestic logistics.
• Provide support for the service department, including scheduling and coordination of service-related logistics.
• Maintain accurate data within ERP systems, execute inventory and cycle counts, and ensure timely updates.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and export control regulations.
• Develop strategies to reduce logistics costs while maintaining reliability and quality.
• Supervise logistics staff and foster a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize ERP and logistics management systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate performance reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Logistics Manager

Engineer

• Provide initial diagnosis and support for operational issues
• Ensure products are manufactured and tested to the standards
• Support the Manufacturing engineering team in keeping documentation up to date
• Track and monitor Quality Notifications and customer feedback/faults
• Serve as the first line of diagnosis for production issues
• Work with manufacturing engineering to propose improvements to BOM

Contract Manufacturing Engineer

Sales

• Support customer success and experience by delivering OiService value
• Work closely with OI China customer service engineers, marketing, and cross-functional teams
• Deliver service business growth targets in assigned territory
• Plan and implement different sales tactics and business plan to grow the sales of service products
• Proactively develop new service business opportunities
• Implement sales strategy to improve service contracts connect rate, renew rate, and warranty conversion rate
• Accurate forecast and effective funnel management with CRM operation
