About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for Dragonfly system and portfolio sales.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage sales leads and new customer accounts to meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and develop new opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Actively monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, update CRM systems daily, and ensure all customer information is up to date.
  • Facilitate product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s in the Sciences, or equivalent experience in a life science discipline required.
  • 3-5 years experience in capital equipment sales in the scientific space.
  • In depth experience of relevant technologies, customers, and markets.
  • Professional Skills/Abilities: Postgraduate degree in a life science discipline strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience selling confocal and/or microscopy systems preferred.
  • Extensive experience with CRM platforms, preferably SAP CRM.
  • Ability to give sales presentations and share technical information in an easy-to-understand format.
