About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for Dragonfly system and portfolio sales.
- Identify, qualify, and manage sales leads and new customer accounts to meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and develop new opportunities, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Actively monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, update CRM systems daily, and ensure all customer information is up to date.
- Facilitate product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s in the Sciences, or equivalent experience in a life science discipline required.
- 3-5 years experience in capital equipment sales in the scientific space.
- In depth experience of relevant technologies, customers, and markets.
- Professional Skills/Abilities: Postgraduate degree in a life science discipline strongly preferred.
- Prior experience selling confocal and/or microscopy systems preferred.
- Extensive experience with CRM platforms, preferably SAP CRM.
- Ability to give sales presentations and share technical information in an easy-to-understand format.
