About the role
- Support customer success and experience by delivering OiService value
- Work closely with OI China customer service engineers, marketing, and cross-functional teams
- Deliver service business growth targets in assigned territory
- Plan and implement different sales tactics and business plan to grow the sales of service products
- Proactively develop new service business opportunities
- Implement sales strategy to improve service contracts connect rate, renew rate, and warranty conversion rate
- Accurate forecast and effective funnel management with CRM operation
Requirements
- Above Bachelor degree, semiconductor/material science preferred
- 2-3 years sales experience in Semiconductor industries
- Strong communication skills including face to face and phone
- Good written skill
- Able to make business plans that are consistent with service products and strategy.
- Highly motivated, creative, and result-oriented
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to travel frequently
