Key responsibilities & impact

The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all financial and service standards are exceeded.
Responsible for overall guest satisfaction and employee relations of the hotel.
Ensures enforcement of all company policies and procedures while adhering to sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Provides exceptional caring and genuine guest service at all times and upholds the company standards and culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least three progressive experience in a hotel or related hospitality field
Prior General Manager experience preferred
Must have valid drivers license and meet company driving standards
Must have strong computer skills
Must have excellent organization and time management skills
Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
