About the role

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the organization’s grant management systems
  • Partner with vendors and global system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Administer, configure, and upgrade multiple Salesforce Platform including 3rd party applications
  • Manage User Account and Licenses
  • Ensure adherence and compliance of security policies and practices
  • Support grant management business owners by providing technical expertise
  • Develop, maintain, and refine organizational reports and dashboards
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, project management
  • 1-3 years of experience configuring systems or Salesforce system administration
  • 1-3 years of experience developing and analyzing reports and dashboards
  • 1-3 years of experience in application support
  • Proven experience eliciting requirements from business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with database structures, ERP tools, and system integration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting)
  • Experience using and configuring dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to apply a systems-thinking approach
