About the role
- Serve as the primary technical contact for business applications including ERP, HRIS, and reporting tools
- Administer, configure and develop ERP systems and other business-critical applications
- Collaborate with business users to manage system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and support system upgrades and testing
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports to meet organizational needs
- Design and manage integrations between business systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms
Requirements
- Certifications in Computer Science or related field
- 3 - 5 years experience in technical systems analysis, building system integrations, IT systems administration, or application support for any ERP system
- Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and database reporting
- Proven experience building visualizations with Power BI or similar tools
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data formats like JSON and XML
- Scripting proficiency in Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly across diverse, technical and non-technical stakeholders.
