Support the overall marketing strategy and execution of end user and customer campaigns
Work with the design team to create end user/trade-specific marketing collateral (EDMs, product sheets, brochures, booklets, catalogues, promotional materials)
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages
Provide support for retail promotions and collaborate on co-branded marketing initiatives
Share digital assets with customers to ensure they are set-up prior to product/campaign launch
Manage promotions and product information on the OX Dealer eCommerce Websites (AU & NZ)
Manage reporting of trade marketing campaigns including quarterly campaigns, focus initiatives and Dealer eCommerce portal campaigns
Coordinate and assist with execution of trade promotions, discounts, and incentives; align with sales and supply chain for forecasting
Manage creation and coordination of consumer and retailer EDMs; build/design emails and implement templates and campaign concepts
Assist development and execution of customer campaigns, internal communications, and end user campaigns (giveaways, lead generation, redemptions)
Manage Customer Find a Dealer website requests and liaise with web team to load information
Manage sales team marketing requests and asset database (consolidate images and collateral into a central portal)
Work with APAC & USA teams on their marketing roadmaps and report on key marketing activities; produce data analysis and reports

The candidate must be based in the Philippines
Duty schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AU Time
