About the role
- Own OX product definition for application security capabilities (core OX product capabilities).
- Define capabilities from understanding the need to detailed requirements across application security technologies.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead the product requirements definition.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver market-leading product.
- Engage with customers to identify needs and follow up on feature adoption and acceptance.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product iterations and enhancements.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, security threats, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.
- Prepare and present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on security products.
- Strong understanding of security technologies, and industry standards, preferably in the application security domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
