Solutions Engineer

• Lead client discovery engagements end-to-end, from intake through to go/no-go presentation
• Facilitate one-to-two hour deep-dive sessions with operational and management stakeholders
• Map current processes, systems and data flows across ERP, legacy tooling and informal workarounds
• Identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities and translate them into a phased roadmap
• Build the business case: ROI, break-even, pricing, and the proposal for the follow-up trajectory
• Present the discovery output to senior client stakeholders and close the follow-on engagement
