About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.
  • Own market mapping efforts: research the competitive landscape, identify target companies and profiles, and develop a deep understanding of where top engineering talent lives.
  • Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates, especially for highly competitive engineering roles.
  • Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a consistent track record of building pipelines for world-class engineering talent.
  • Deep sourcing expertise: fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
  • A data-driven mindset: you track response rates, conversion rates, and channel performance and use that data to improve.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage large pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful: you operate with urgency and take ownership without waiting to be told.
  • A growth mindset and a high standard: you care deeply about quality and are always looking to refine your craft.
