About the role

  • Build and lead a world-class team of account executives
  • Lead from the front by co-selling with your reps (we don’t hide behind Gong)
  • Coach and develop your team based on their unique strengths
  • Inspire your team to be great for themselves and for our customers
  • Identify opportunities in the business and execute projects to improve our sales system
  • Partner and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams
  • Become an expert in our product and the industry so that you can coach your team to advise restaurant owners in a high-trust manner
  • Level up consistently by reading, listening to podcasts, and learning from your teammates and peer

Requirements

  • 5+ of direct first-line management experience (SMB preferred)
  • Strong followership and references - your reps will sing your praises when asked
  • History of personal and professional excellence. Customer-first sales approach
  • Life-long learner mindset
  • You thrive while working in a fast-paced environment where change is common
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with restaurants (selling to or working in!) is a huge plus
