• Grow business with pharmaceutical companies by generating leads, securing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and contributing to go-to-market strategy
• Manage portfolio of key clients and identify/close new business opportunities with emphasis on long-term renewable engagements
• Promote Owkin Diagnostics' AI/ML technology to enhance biomarker discovery, clinical trials, market access, and commercial efforts in pharma
• Collaborate closely with Data, R&Tech, Product and strategy, Pathology and Medical, Legal and regulatory teams
• Lead proposals and manage contracting processes to secure strategic new business
• Contribute to scaling the company and implementing business development solutions, support market positioning and go-to-market strategy
• Cultivate Owkin's reputation through thought leadership in AI and digital pathology diagnostics

Director, Pharma Business Development – Diagnostics

• Grow business with pharmaceutical companies by generating new leads, securing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts to implement innovative digital pathology diagnostics
• Directly manage a portfolio of work with key clients and be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with an eye on long-term renewable business
• Promote Owkin Diagnostics' AI/machine learning technology to enhance biomarker discovery, clinical trials, market access, and commercial efforts in pharma
• Drive revenue growth by engaging major pharmaceutical clients across C-Suite, therapeutic leadership, R&D and data science, translational research & biomarker, precision medicine, diagnostic/companion diagnostic and procurement teams
• Secure strategic new business and grow existing accounts through leading proposals and managing contracting processes
• Engage the market to discover new digital pathology biomarkers, develop AI diagnostic tools that impact clinical trial challenges, support CDx/IVD strategies and identify patients in clinical routine
• Significantly contribute to scaling the company and implementing world-class business development solutions, supporting market positioning and go-to-market strategy including competitive and market intelligence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, R&Tech, Product and strategy, Pathology and Medical, Legal and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on client needs and delivery of diagnostics
• Cultivate Owkin's reputation as a pioneer in AI and digital pathology diagnostics within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors through thought leadership
• Report to the VP Business Development as part of the global commercial team
