About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Product Manager will be responsible for driving and executing strategic marketing programs that build a sustainable and profitable business across highly clinical product categories, including respiratory, enteral feeding, electromedical, and patient monitoring, with the opportunity to expand into additional specialty areas.
  • This role will own the product roadmap, innovation pipeline, and category growth strategy, leading new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
  • Working in collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Product Manager will identify market opportunities, develop business cases, and execute strategic initiatives that support long-term business growth and category expansion.
  • This position is accountable for building strong value propositions, optimizing portfolio performance, and ensuring successful product launches that meet customer needs and financial objectives.
  • The role will report to the Director of that department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of 6 years of prior business experience required; minimum of 3 years in Marketing/Product Management preferred.
  • MBA desirable or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in new product development, product lifecycle management, and category strategy preferred.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, influencing, and communication skills, including delivering presentations to large audiences.
  • Ability to decompose complex problems into structured action plans and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing large amounts of data and summarizing key insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Capability to assess market landscapes, evaluate opportunities, and develop and implement business plans.
  • Ability to work independently, remain self-motivated, and complete projects within required timeframes with a strong bias for action.
  • Motivated by challenges with a strong sense of urgency, curiosity, and a competitive drive to succeed.
  • Ability to lead complex projects involving cross-functional and international teams while tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Strong team player capable of influencing across functions and operating effectively in a complex environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong financial acumen preferred, including exposure to P&L ownership, business case development, and basic financial modeling.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% for supplier visits, conferences, customer meetings, and market research activities.
