About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving and executing strategic marketing programs that build a sustainable and profitable business across highly clinical product categories, including respiratory, enteral feeding, electromedical, and patient monitoring, with the opportunity to expand into additional specialty areas.
This role will own the product roadmap, innovation pipeline, and category growth strategy, leading new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
Working in collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Product Manager will identify market opportunities, develop business cases, and execute strategic initiatives that support long-term business growth and category expansion.
This position is accountable for building strong value propositions, optimizing portfolio performance, and ensuring successful product launches that meet customer needs and financial objectives.
The role will report to the Director of that department.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of 6 years of prior business experience required; minimum of 3 years in Marketing/Product Management preferred.
MBA desirable or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in new product development, product lifecycle management, and category strategy preferred.
Strong analytical, decision-making, influencing, and communication skills, including delivering presentations to large audiences.
Ability to decompose complex problems into structured action plans and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
Experience analyzing large amounts of data and summarizing key insights to support strategic decision-making.
Capability to assess market landscapes, evaluate opportunities, and develop and implement business plans.
Ability to work independently, remain self-motivated, and complete projects within required timeframes with a strong bias for action.
Motivated by challenges with a strong sense of urgency, curiosity, and a competitive drive to succeed.
Ability to lead complex projects involving cross-functional and international teams while tracking progress against key milestones.
Strong team player capable of influencing across functions and operating effectively in a complex environment with competing priorities.
Strong financial acumen preferred, including exposure to P&L ownership, business case development, and basic financial modeling.
Ability to travel approximately 25% for supplier visits, conferences, customer meetings, and market research activities.
