Account Manager
Owens & MinorUrology Account Manager generating new revenue through Urology sales. Role involves significant travel and building relationships with healthcare facilities primarily in Pennsylvania.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Calling on urology offices, rehab facilities, Case Management and spina bifida clinics
- Routing a territory which covers all of PA, Southern NJ, and N DE
- Conducting sales presentations, in-services and developing strong relationships with case managers and discharge planners
- Identifying & securing new customers while nurturing relationships with existing offices in the urology category
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge on Byram's products, services and Managed Care Contracts
- Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with Byram's teammates & manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and sources of new opportunities
- Provide timely reporting and analysis of business activity and conditions within assigned territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not necessary
- 2-3 years outside sales experience; Healthcare sales strongly preferred
- Service-based selling experience is a strong plus!
- Track record of success and ability to demonstrate sales growth and quota attainment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Proficient in MS Office
- Clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to drive a car and travel 90% of each day
- Interaction with healthcare providers on site is required
