About the role
- Conduct home visits to perform CPAP/BiPAP/NIV/ventilation equipment setups and follow-ups
- Provide patient and caregiver education on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Perform recurring visits with established patients
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems (no paper processes)
- Respond to patient needs, clinical requests, and hospital discharge coordination
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and internal branch partners
- Ensure all actions meet regulatory and safety standards
Requirements
- Respiratory Therapist with an active Pennsylvania RT License.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Personal vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong customer service mindset and empathy.
- Comfort using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation.
