About the role
- Manage and maintain master data in SAP across key domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with established data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Oversee data creation, updates, deletions, and validations to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Implement processes for data quality monitoring and cleansing; identify and resolve duplicates and inconsistencies
- Support design and execution of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) workflows and change control processes
- Contribute to audit and compliance initiatives related to data management
- Partner with finance, supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely master data availability
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to support data migration and transformation projects
- Provide training, guidance, and documentation of master data processes and procedures to business users
- IT Engineering responsibilities as assigned, including owning IT service delivery for manufacturing sites and ensuring manufacturing connectivity and data flow
- Report to Global Data & Analytics Leader
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management and governance
- Experience with SAP S/4 Cloud migration and greenfield deployment projects
- Experience with data governance frameworks, harmonization, and transformation projects
- Proven expertise in data domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, BOM, Routing, Product Hierarchy, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data profiling tools
- Knowledge and experience with data tools employing AI technology is a plus
- Excellent communication and cross-functional management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment
- Applicants must have appropriate work documentation for country in which applications are received
- Relocation will not be available
- Potential ~20% travel required
