About the role
- Provide TPM expertise and coaching across 3–4+ manufacturing sites in North America
- Support assigned locations across TPM pillars
- Deploy appropriate TPM methodologies and monitor progress
- Drive loss elimination and build site capability
- Implement TPM strategy to embed a Zero Injury, Zero Defect, Zero Loss culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent TPM experience
- 7+ years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt and/or Lean Manufacturing experience
- TPM (JIPM) certification desirable
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of organizational development & change management practices
