About the role
- Setting long- and short-term sales strategies for the assigned region.
- Identify growth strategy, strategic segments and focus markets across France, aligned with the Foamglas European strategy
- Ensuring the strategy is translated to solid sales action plans with clear allocated owners while partnering with marketing and technical product management to ensure aligned execution.
- Defining and maintaining key accounts, sourcing and selecting dealers and distributors.
- Leading a team of sales leads and technical support specialists (approx. 15 HC)

- Contribute to the development of the regional strategy by providing market trend insights and customer requirements
Requirements
- Relevant technical degree, e.g. engineering. Preferably at university level.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience; managing, coaching and developing a Sales Team.
- Relevant commercial experience in specification and / or project Sales. Preferably in the Building & Construction industry.
- Ability to work in an international matrix organization.
- Fluent in both English and French.
