About the role

  • Setting long- and short-term sales strategies for the assigned region.
  • Identify growth strategy, strategic segments and focus markets across France, aligned with the Foamglas European strategy
  • Ensuring the strategy is translated to solid sales action plans with clear allocated owners while partnering with marketing and technical product management to ensure aligned execution.
  • Defining and maintaining key accounts, sourcing and selecting dealers and distributors.
  • Leading a team of sales leads and technical support specialists (approx. 15 HC)

  • Contribute to the development of the regional strategy by providing market trend insights and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Relevant technical degree, e.g. engineering. Preferably at university level.
  • 5+ years of team leadership experience; managing, coaching and developing a Sales Team.
  • Relevant commercial experience in specification and / or project Sales. Preferably in the Building & Construction industry.
  • Ability to work in an international matrix organization.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
