About the role

  • Supports the sourcing strategy for Capital Delivery within the Roofing and Asphalt business units
  • Key areas of responsibility include supplier management, cost reduction initiatives, and benchmarking
  • Accountable for performance against defined sourcing metrics
  • Collaborates with Commercial teams to maintain and diversify supply lines
  • Manages cross-functional relationships across departments such as Legal, Engineering, and plant-level procurement teams
  • Executes capital-efficient sourcing strategies
  • Manages supplier onboarding and ongoing relationships
  • Maintains inflation and savings forecasts using data-driven methods
  • Cultivates and expands multi-regional supplier relationships across the organization
  • Applies continuous improvement methodologies to drive year-over-year reductions in capital costs.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related subject required
  • At least 5 years of work experience in supply chain, sourcing or business role
  • Engineering or construction contracts experience required
  • Strong international sourcing experience with complex, strategic, multi-year contracts in a multinational corporate environment
  • Proven track record of growth and success in previous roles
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environments
  • Agile and responsive to changing demands; consistently productive and effective across diverse settings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on clarity and influence
  • Analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Strategic planning and organizational skills, with emphasis on financial risk and return optimization
  • Preferred experience in project management and capital project execution
  • Preferred experience with enterprise systems including SAP, Coupa, and Icertis.
