About the role
- Collaborate with teams across multiple European locations, supporting their efforts to improve energy efficiency, meet sustainability goals, and drive operational excellence
- Support commercial and corporate legal matters and assist with regulatory compliance
- Play a pivotal role in optimizing legal operations through AI-driven solutions, process automation, and standardization
- Deliver timely and accurate commercial and regulatory legal support aligned with business goals
- Ensure contracts, litigation matters, and compliance processes are well-managed and up to date
- Drive efficiency and scalability through legal technology and process optimization
- Support cross-functional teams and contribute to enterprise initiatives that reduce risk and improve governance
- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the legal function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field; Paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate legal or in-house environment
- Experience with corporate governance, regulatory filings, and due diligence for transactions
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to standardize, automate, and optimize legal processes
- Trustworthiness and high ethical standards
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environment
- Passion for legal innovation and continuous improvement
- Full proficiency in English; additional European language is a plus.
