Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in allocating volumes on maritime contracts
Monitor bookings versus available capacity
Help adjust allocations according to commercial priorities, operational constraints, and space opportunities
Initiate bookings in accordance with defined allocations
Ensure follow-up on bookings
Update the internal platform for releases or modifications
Track variances between forecasts and bookings
Alert in case of over- or under-utilization of capacity
Contribute to operational fluidity and the resolution of bottlenecks

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience (internships/apprenticeships included) in logistics / supply chain
Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mindset
Responsive and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
