About the role
- Proactive lead management by calling leads generated via Meta and Google
- Consultative closing by listening to potential patients and pitching the Ovom approach
- Discussing financial aspects of IVF and explaining payment options
- Meticulously following up to nurture relationships until patients are ready to commit
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2C sales (Healthcare, EdTech, Real Estate, or similar)
- A proven performer with a track record of hitting targets
- Understanding of the fertility process through personal experience or prior work in fertility
- Bonus: Experience as a fertility nurse or coordinator
- High EQ & High Drive with the ability to inspire trust over the phone
- Resilient and able to handle objections gracefully
