Own and continuously improve the Company’s financial control framework.
Define and track key control and performance indicators.
Support cash flow planning through improved accuracy and predictability.
Proactively identify financial risks and inefficiencies.
Partner with FP&A, product, operations and sales teams to improve financial transparency.

Requirements

Degree in Finance or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, basic data modeling).
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
Curious about how business performance translates into numbers.
Fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
