About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Figure out Mexico GTM (core focus)
- - Test: distributors vs direct sales, events, partners, outbound
- - Find new ways to generate leads (since tools like ZoomInfo don’t work well)
- - Identify what works, what doesn’t, and where to double down
- - Scale the motions that work across the team
- Improve how we sell
- - Revamp our sales collateral including sales decks, case studies, ROIs, videos, etc.
- - Create new training material, videos, and other material to support customers
- - Create a sales manifesto and coaching material to improve our sellers
- Build lightweight GTM systems
- - Track pipeline, conversion, and performance
- - Improve CRM (HubSpot) where needed – note this is not a RevOps position
- - Focus on insights, not dashboards
- - Build and leverage AI Agents
- Help build the team
- - Define hiring profiles and locations
- - Support interviews and onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Has built something in a messy, fast-moving environment
- Strong problem solver (can go from idea → execution → insight)
- Has used or is excited to use a range of AI tools like Claude, Replit, and others
- High ownership, very hands-on
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Willing to travel and work closely with customers
- Strong bonus: Startup or 0→1 experience
- Consulting or generalist background
- Experience in international markets
