Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or product/biz ops in dynamic technical product environments (enterprise B2B, SaaS)
Strong systems thinking - you simplify, automate, and scale
Demonstrated use of AI in day-to-day work beyond basic writing tasks
Proven track record of standing up and owning complex, cross-team processes
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and pushing execution forward
