Experience with modern ATS systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby and full recruiting tech stacks
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and networking to source niche technical talent
Strong track record of building partnerships with hiring managers and guiding effective hiring decisions
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and thriving in a fast-paced startup setting
