About the role
- Be a key part of product data development journey
- Design, build and maintain BI solutions that power decision-making across Oversee
- Take ownership of parts of the data warehouse from architecture planning to implementation
- Partner directly with product and business teams to understand needs and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Build Power BI dashboards and reports that tell a clear story and drive action
- Own BI projects end-to-end and work closely with product teams to move the needle on revenue and business impact
Requirements
- 3+ years as a BI/Data Developer (or similar role)
- Strong SQL skills and a sharp analytical mindset
- 1+ years building Power BI dashboards (not just consuming them)
- Good eye for UI/UX and how data should be presented
- Experience with data quality best practices and methodologies
- Familiar with ETL/ELT and DWH concepts
- Comfortable with version control and deployment processes
- Experience with Snowflake or dbt (bonus)
- Experience with Power BI Embedded (bonus)
- Python for BI/ETL tasks (bonus)
- BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or similar (bonus)
