• Design, build, and scale AI-driven systems that power our virtual agent capabilities (conversational reasoning, retrieval, and automation flows);
• Develop backend services and data pipelines that integrate multiple APIs (Amadeus, Sabre, internal systems) to support real-time decision-making;
• Collaborate with other teams to ship LLM-based features that deliver measurable impact;
• Own architecture decisions for distributed, high-performance AI applications;
• Continuously improve model performance, reliability, and monitoring frameworks;
• Help define our engineering best practices, guide technical decisions, and mentor other developers within the team.
