Account Manager

• Own and grow a portfolio of corporate and TMC partner accounts - ensuring retention, adoption, satisfaction, and measurable ROI across our travel optimization products;
• Lead post-sale relationships end-to-end: guide onboarding, drive steady-state adoption, and manage renewals with a focus on value realization;
• Expand revenue through upsell and cross-sell motions (Hotel Reshopping, AgentSee, Analytics) that increase savings and engagement;
• Run business reviews (QBRs) and maintain a disciplined client cadence;
• Ensure commercial and operational excellence: manage contracts, renewals, billing, and escalations while maintaining timely communication and accuracy;
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience and resolve issues quickly;
• Track performance and opportunities in Salesforce - maintaining hygiene and reporting on activation, adoption, and expansion pipelines;
• Represent the customer’s voice internally, surfacing feedback and opportunities that influence product roadmaps and process improvements.

Technical Account Manager

• Own the end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and technical support experience for new TMC customers using our Agentic AI platform, “AgentSee”;
• Drive adoption, usage, and expansion by helping customers unlock value and scale AgentSee across their organization;
• Serve as the primary post-sales partner for TMC clients — working with IT, operations, and business stakeholders;
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues and collaborate with Product & Engineering to surface and resolve technical limitations;
• Build internal processes, documentation, and onboarding flows as the first TAM hire;
• Influence product direction by bringing real-world customer feedback into our product roadmap;
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring new features to market and ensure technical success.

Sales Development Rep

• Conduct high-volume, targeted outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video) to identify and qualify leads across defined territories and verticals;
• Partner closely with Account Executives to define prospecting strategies and deliver both quality and quantity in your pipeline;
• Research prospects, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry reports;
• Collaborate with marketing to execute creative, personalized campaigns that cut through the noise and communicate Oversee’s value clearly.
• Run high-quality discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges, goals, and priorities — and position our products as the solution;
• Book qualified meetings for the AE team and consistently hit or exceed your monthly meeting targets;
• Keep Salesforce updated with every contact, activity, and opportunity to ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Master our products (AirSaver, HotelSaver, and AgentSee) and learn how AI is transforming corporate travel;
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your outbound, communication, and qualification skills;
• Bring curiosity, drive, and a solution-focused mindset to a fast-scaling, remote-first environment.
