About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles across all levels, from IC to leadership
- Build and run sourcing strategies that reach the best of overseas technical talent pools
- Partner directly with engineering and product leaders to define role scope, calibrate technical bars, and run structured interview processes
- Evaluate technical candidates with enough depth to hold your own in conversations with hiring managers about tradeoffs and fit
- Drive candidate experience end to end, ensuring every technical candidate, hired or not, walks away respecting Overjet
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from a top university in your home country
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product) across both US and overseas markets
- Ability to work US hours
- Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle recruiting for roles spanning multiple seniority levels at once
- Strong grasp of technical hiring signals well enough to push back on hiring managers when needed
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High ownership, low ego, and a track record of jumping into whatever the moment requires, regardless of title
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
- Comfort working in an ATS (we use Ashby) and managing a high volume of moving pieces at once. Experience with Juicebox is a plus!
