Sales

• Monthly Quotas: We have a beat and raise culture at Overjet. You will be responsible for hitting, beating, and raising monthly revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals and targets, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture.
• Sales Strategy & Playbook: Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts. Define positioning and competitive differentiation strategies.
• Sales Execution: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective pipeline management and timely follow-up on leads. Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dental professionals, and dental organizations. Understand customer pain points, requirements, and feedback to refine product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging customer needs. Leverage insights to shape sales strategies and provide input for product development.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. SMB Sales Manager

Solutions Engineer

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding and technical setup.
• Own the Technical Implementation Lifecycle: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring a smooth, timely, and successful technical setup for customer implementations across all company products.
• Design and Execute Solutions: Translate unique customer technical environments and business requirements into effective implementation strategies and the best possible technical solutions.
• Technical Scoping and Alignment: Conduct detailed technical scoping calls to gather requirements, manage implementation timelines, and ensure alignment on deliverables across internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Customer Success).
• Hands-on Configuration: Perform all necessary hands-on technical configuration, user management, system integrations, and data pipeline tasks for successful deployment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer technical engagements consistently exceed expectations for response quality, timeliness, and the overall customer experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain impactful software solutions that transform our customers' ability to deliver the best outcomes for patients
• Write efficient and scalable code, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices
• Act as a key technical partner to cross-functional teams including Product

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

Senior Software Engineer – Backend Heavy

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to process data from patient management systems and digital imaging systems
• Institute a culture of incident-free deployments through proactive monitoring of deployments using logs, dashboards, and alerts
• Build framework for safe and low touch rollouts by employing feature flags, integration tests, and automated data validations
• Organize workstreams to enable the assignment of repeatable, standardized processes to MCP agents using internal runbooks
• Regularly scheduled and sometimes ad-hoc on-call rotations is part of the core job every engineer on our team

Staff Software Engineer, Data Platform

• Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to process data from patient management systems and digital imaging systems
• Use Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI) to build modular, data-focused services that communicate with one another over gRPC or HTTP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Machine Learning engineers and product managers
• Build framework for automated rollout of our products to new customers, including data validation
• Guide the development of data resources, support new product launches and improve product runtime performance

Data Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement data pipelines to process data from patient management systems
• Conduct research into PMS systems involving data modeling and mapping
• Become a major culture driver for validating all changes in staging before production
• Help drive a culture of data-driven decision-making where releases only happen after all of our functional KPIs have been met
