About the role
- Define and recommend strategies to improve software quality throughout all phases of development
- Design, plan, and execute various types of testing—functional, performance, mobile—to detect bugs and ensure quality standards are met
- Build, maintain, and implement automated test suites, including functional, regression, and visual testing
- Conduct manual or exploratory tests when necessary to ensure full test coverage
- Record defects, collaborate with developers to resolve them, and promote continuous quality improvement
- Work with product to uphold site standards and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with product to verify the maths behind different features
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on QA testing
- Proven ability to develop and execute test strategies for complex systems
- A sharp eye for edge cases and broken UX
- Ability to work autonomously and propose improvements to the site
- At least a basic understanding of crypto wallets, tokens, and Web3 mechanics
