About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the day-to-day people function
- Oversee talent acquisition and employee experience
- Manage the HR and Recruiting teams
- Handle employee relations matters and sensitive situations
- Support firm leadership and culture programs
- Administer benefits programs and compensation processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
- Maintain and optimize HR systems, reporting, and people analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting an HR function for a workforce with both in-house and remote team members
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state employment compliance
- Experience supporting talent acquisition teams
- Strong background in employee relations
- Experience supporting and maintaining HR infrastructure
- Experience supporting training and development programs
- Experience administering compensation, benefits, and total rewards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
- Experience supervising or developing HR team members
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
