About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the day-to-day people function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience supporting an HR function for a workforce with both in-house and remote team members
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-state employment compliance
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition teams
  • Strong background in employee relations
  • Experience supporting and maintaining HR infrastructure
  • Experience supporting training and development programs
  • Experience administering compensation, benefits, and total rewards
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
  • Experience supervising or developing HR team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
