About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the firm's Arizona-licensed attorney of record on select matters involving Arizona law or Arizona-based clients
- Provide occasional consultation on Arizona state law, local rules, and procedural questions as they arise
- Review filings, correspondence, or documents that require signature or oversight by Arizona-licensed counsel
- Maintain good standing with the State Bar of Arizona throughout the engagement
- Communicate promptly with the firm on any time-sensitive Arizona-related matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active license to practice law in the State of Arizona, in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Minimum of 3–5 years of legal practice experience (preferred but flexible)
- Current malpractice insurance coverage (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and reliable responsiveness
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative arrangement
