About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the firm's Arizona-licensed attorney of record on select matters involving Arizona law or Arizona-based clients
Provide occasional consultation on Arizona state law, local rules, and procedural questions as they arise
Review filings, correspondence, or documents that require signature or oversight by Arizona-licensed counsel
Maintain good standing with the State Bar of Arizona throughout the engagement
Communicate promptly with the firm on any time-sensitive Arizona-related matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active license to practice law in the State of Arizona, in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Minimum of 3–5 years of legal practice experience (preferred but flexible)
Current malpractice insurance coverage (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills and reliable responsiveness
Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative arrangement
