Sales Operations Manager

• Owning the full lifecycle of sales readiness: From Day 1 onboarding through ongoing field enablement for every AE at Outtake
• Keeping the AE Sales Playbook, battle cards, demo scripts, and objection banks current with continual validation of effectiveness.
• Building AI-powered workflows that reduce rep prep time, improve call quality, and accelerate deal velocity across the team
• Partnering with Product Marketing to translate new messaging and positioning into field-ready content the moment it ships
• Defining and tracking enablement metrics
• Sitting at the table with Sales, Marketing, and Product as a peer, not a support function. Your work directly shapes how Outtake goes to market

Head of Sales Enablement

• Drive the number: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the Eastern US territory.
• Lead from the front: Hiring, developing and leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the East.
• Build territory strategy: Develop and execute a territory plan that balances pipeline coverage, strategic accounts, and vertical focus.
• Command the executive room: Engage directly with CISOs, Threat Intelligence leads, fraud teams, and brand protection stakeholders at F500 and Global 2000 companies.
• Drive expansion: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customers achieve ROI and expand their footprint over time.
• Run a tight operation: Build a cross-functional operating cadence around pipeline, forecasting, deal reviews, and regional go-to-market execution.
• Be a regional presence: Actively represent Outtake in the East Coast cybersecurity and DRP community—at conferences, customer events, and key industry forums.
• Shape the category: Feed strategic insights from the field directly into product roadmap and positioning conversations.
