Partner with Sales team to orchestrate the best-fit solution of Professional Services offers
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to refine the customer journey
Provide guidance in the implementation of offers to the Delivery Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 10 years of experience in a Customer facing role
Entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects
Experience in a Customer Success Management or Professional Services role
Ability to work across geographies and cultures
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) or higher
