Senior Solution Architect
OutSystemsSenior Solution Architect at OutSystems supporting accounts in North America. Delivering solutions leveraging SaaS architecture and agentic capabilities for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the technical expert and evangelist for the OutSystems agentic systems platform in complex customer environments
- Translate customer business goals into solutions that meet customer’s desired outcomes
- Point of Contact for complex questions, solution tradeoffs and industry best practices
- Partner with OutSystems Solution delivery team on proof of concept (PoCs) delivery
- Proactively conduct technical discovery to uncover deep-seated pain points and identify immediate, impactful opportunities for both the Customer and OutSystems
- Deliver strategic high-quality presentations and workshops for enterprise customers
- Be a trusted advisor with deep insight on IT architecture and agentic systems positioning
- Solve complex business problems using OutSystems platform and agentic capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in SaaS Solution Architecture, Solution Consulting or similar customer facing technical roles
- 4+ years experience leading technical strategy for enterprise level projects or solutioning
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong business acumen with compelling presentation and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of agentic systems, web/ mobile app development and business modeling.
