About the role

  • Develop overall internal communications with key leaders across the Office of the CEO, the People, Marketing, and Digital teams
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of Global All Hands meetings
  • Act as the 'Editor-in-Chief' of the company-wide intranet
  • Ensure internal information is discoverable, up-to-date, and visually engaging
  • Audit and refine internal communication channels (Slack, Email, Intranet) to ensure the right message reaches the right people
  • Identify 'hidden gem' stories within the company and help package them for media opportunities

Requirements

  • 7+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role within a high-growth global tech environment
  • You are a storyteller who can take complex technical or business concepts and turn them into relatable, punchy content
  • Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Understanding that 'global' means more than just translating English
  • Experience tracking open rates, click-throughs, and sentiment to iterate on strategy.
