About the role
- Drive Customer-Centric Vision and Strategy: Own and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI-native low-code app development, data, and integration platform capabilities, ensuring they directly address key customer pain points and market opportunities.
- Lead with User-Centric Discovery: Act as a catalyst for change by pioneering and championing robust, data-informed, user-centric discovery processes, including frequent customer interviews, design sprints, and active engagement with strategic accounts to deeply understand user needs and validate hypotheses.
- Fuel Product-Market Fit: Define and validate use cases through rigorous prototyping and customer feedback, ensuring our platform capabilities achieve strong product-market fit and deliver tangible value to our users from day one.
- Drive Business Impact & Outcomes: Own and relentlessly track key product outcomes, including customer activation, retention, adoption, and direct impact on business KPIs such as developer productivity, new revenue streams, and deal win rates.
- Cultivate Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX, and Engineering Leads, fostering technical empathy and ensuring seamless delivery rituals and team dynamics.
- Shape the Product Organization: Mentor other Product Managers, helping to evolve our future product organization towards a more balanced and customer-driven approach.
- Balance Innovation with Market Needs: Combine deep platform thinking with a keen understanding of user needs and market dynamics, ensuring our roadmap effectively balances technical innovation with revenue opportunities and customer demand.
Requirements
- Proven Product Leadership: Extensive experience as a Product Manager in B2B low-code/no-code platforms, application development, data or integration platforms, or AI-based products.
- Exceptional Cross-Functional Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across diverse teams without direct authority, fostering a highly collaborative environment.
- Transformative Process Re-definition: Experience in redefining product processes and team collaboration frameworks, with a strong sense of UX and a passion for driving product-led cultural change.
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical fluency to design innovative low-code/no-code abstractions, data access and transformations, integrations, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Enterprise Software & Buyer Journey Expertise: Proven experience in enterprise software development (traditional or low-code/no-code) and a deep understanding of buyer journeys for B2B platform businesses.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, shaping new ways of working and driving clarity where none exists.
- Outcome-Oriented Prioritization: Strong ability to prioritize according to critical customer needs and market dynamics, with a clear focus on measuring and achieving product outcomes that directly influence our business.
